Alongside working with the Department of Health, primary care, secondary care and our private sector clients, we undertake health planning with individual businesses, for example GP practices, offering bespoke solutions to their requirements:

• Analysis of the medium and long-term aspirations and plans, relative to the current situations/demographics, implications of nGMS/PMS, prescribing status, training status etc for the practice.
• Cross-analysis of the above with the PCT’s Local Development Plan or other specific plans, particularly with regard to PwSIs (Practitioners with Special Interest Services), relocation of services etc.
• Analysis of collated data regarding staff, patient numbers, flows etc for each service required.
• Production of a final signed-off schedule to enable architects to draw up agreed plans.
